Henan Wanxiang System Brake Co., Ltd. is fully holding by Wanxiang Group. The company has 468 staff including 125 various types of technical staff. Integrating development, producing, machining and service together, we mainly manufacture heavy, medium, light, mini brake assembly and castings for automobile and forklift as a key enterprise in this field.

There are 550 sets of equipment, including over 100 sets of high precision processing equipment, such as machining center, automatic manufacturing unit, etc. Besides, there is vertical production line from Loramendi S. Corp., horizontal production line from TOKYU, surface treatment electro-painting line, electroplating automatic line, caliper & brake assembly line and complete detection equipment.

The products are fittings for many famous automobile manufacturers, such as Shanghai GM, GAC-Toyota, Dongfeng Peugeot-Citroen Automobile, DFSK, DFM Passenger Vehicle, Dongfeng Yulon, BYD, Chana Auto, Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor Co., Ltd., Chery Automobile, Haima Automobile, JAC, Heli Forklift Truck, etc.

Our company has been honored as National High-tech Enterprise and the top 100 enterprise of Henan Province. We have gained national casting admittance credential, ＩＳＯ/ＴＳ16949 and more than 30 patents. Moreover, our annual production ability of automotive brake is 2.8 million and the casting capacity can reach 46000t/year.
